[Koha] Notices

Hello,

We have a consortium of several libraries, and are adding more. Each
library has their own notices.

I just tried to add my twenty-first notice, and after I save it I can't
see it.

Is there a limit to the number of notices Koha (version 3.01.00.002) can
manage? Do any of you have more than twenty notices?

ps: I had three notices that were mistakenly created in the catalog
module instead of circulation. When I deleted these and tried to
recreate them as circulation notices, I noticed this problem. I already
tried naming my new notice entirely differently, with no resulting
notice saved that way either.
