[Koha] installing packeges

Hello friends,

I seem not to get it right, I am struggling to intsall packeges on debian i
don't know where am doing wrong.
I logged to the system as root and be able to locate my files that i need to
install but it is not letting me intall the packeges. It keeps on telling me
that the programme can not locate the files but am able to view them. please
if anyone have an idea of what am doing wrong please help. this mysql,
apache and perl installation on debian for koha 3.0.
