Following up with one piece solved in case someone is searching for this in
the future.  Turning on the XSLTDetailsDisplay and XSLTResultsDisplay
options in the System Preferences - OPAC screen fixed the Redirect so the link
works correctly.

Still working on getting the image to show up instead of the link.

D
