[Koha] OPAC user login page/template

Hi!

My colleague and I  have a trivial but irritating problem: we cannot 
find the template for the OPAC user login page.  We have found the 
opac-user.tmpl, but this is not the right one.  Anyone who who knows the 
name of the right template and where to find it?

(We use version 2.2.9 on Linux and CSS stylesheet).
