Option 3: examine the email headers for any email on this list.
You will see the following:

List-Unsubscribe: <http://lists.katipo.co.nz/mailman/listinfo/koha>,
	<mailto:koha-request at lists.katipo.co.nz?subject=unsubscribe>

Checkout the URL given or send an unsubscribe email to

mailto:koha-request at lists.katipo.co.nz?subject=unsubscribe

FYI, you don't unsubscribe from a list by sending an email to the
list. Rather, you send an email to the list server, which is
koha-request at lists.katipo.co.nz.
