[Koha] Koha 3 - new cataloging client?

A new professional cataloging client was mentioned in the Koha 3.0 Roadmap (http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=en:development:roadmap3.0#cataloging). Now that Koha 3 Beta is released, is the new cataloging client available yet? If yes, where and how can we find it? Thanks.
