That's great. Koha have tools for importing ISO 2709 format. That is for bibliographic data.
Another issue is migrating patron and circulation data. Plain csv file should be fine for patrons. I am not sure about circulation because I don't need it, but for patrons there is import patron tool in Koha.
I am speeking about Koha 3.
