[Koha] install koha 3 on debian problem

hi all 
i'm working now on installing koha 3 using the install file in koha . i'm installed mysql 5,apache 2 and perl 5.8  my basic problem how to run this $ sudo dpkg --set-selections < install_misc/debian.packages
this command didn't running i don't know why may be i made some thing wrong .. any help
