[Koha] failed 3/24 tests

I am making my second install of Koha 3 (the first one finally went ok( 
and everything went fine up until make test which failed 3 of 24 tests. 
I don't quite understand how to troubleshoot this so I am inclding all 
coe from make test below. Perhaps someone with experience can make some 
suggestions.
