[Koha] This list may be deleting messages, it is moderated?

Hi Darrell,

There are a couple of us who can check any messages that are flagged by 
the system - nothing is deleted automatically unless it's in the spam 
list, but we know people sometimes post from the wrong address etc, so 
don't have it set to be particularly draconian.
