[Koha] How many libraries currenty run Koha?

Many open source products call back to base to check for updates,
register, etc.

Koha could optionally do the same when it is fired up. The option
to do so could be determined at installation time, so that the
library is clearly informed that they can optionally call back to base
for statistics gatehring purposes.
