[Koha] Problem in starting of z39.50 daemon

Dear collegues,
   I am working koha2.2.9 on fedora6, i have some problem in starting
z39.50 server.As per given in userguide of koha2.2 , when i run the
command....like that , it shows the fallowing error

[root at localhost z3950daemon]# ./z3950-daemon-launch.sh
[root at localhost z3950daemon]# This account is currently not available.

I have changed the user of the file(z3950-daemon-launch.sh)also apache
to root.....
