[Koha] Koha 3 RC1 on UBUNTU not save bibliographic record

try running:
rebuild_zebra.pl -a -b -z

this script is found in misc/migration_tools

there seems to be some issues with the zebraqueue daemon so if this corrects
your issue you may want to disable the zebraqueue daemon and set up a cron
job to run rebuild_zebra.pl every however often ( 5 mins or so).
