[Koha] help-koha-Authorised Values

For the record, using MySQL 4 instead of MySQL 5 seems to take care of
this.  The incorrect values appear to be set as defaults in the
database setup, and MySQL 4 can deal with a default value in an
auto-incremented field.  That isn't allowed in MySQL 5.  So, does
anyone know whether the default values are truly necessary?
