[Koha] Opac Login problem

Hi Friends,

Our Koha 2.9 encountered a problem while while login to opac. 
It says that 

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request."

while trying to login opac using id and password.

How can we solve it?
