Thanks Nicole! That's a great manual. I applaud all of the effort you
sunk into it. 

At risk of redundancy, Tariq and I worked on cataloguing as well.
Explaining things in more than one way might help, methinks. Things have
been done for a little bit now, but I was too lazy to post a link. (Too
much documentation is a much happier problem than no help, which we're
thankfully long past :D)
