[Koha] Adding a MARC Tag

I would like to add the MARC Tags 508 and 511 when I am cataloging.  We are working with Koha 2.2. 

 In system preferences admin we have the Label MARC view =standard, the advanced MAREditor is set to 0 and the MARCflavour is MARC21.

Is there anything else we can add or change  so that we can add those tags?
