[Koha] XML::SAX breaks Koha 2.2.9

Fix was to force a reinstall of MARC::File::SAX through cpan.  Can't explain why, but it certainly works now.

  For some odd reason, I can no longer successfully install Koha 2.2.9 on Debian Sarge or Etch.  All goes fine but when we get to the point of adding a record to the database (i.e., calling addbiblio.pl), we crash (either error code 500 or it prompts to "Save addbiblio.pl) with the following error in the log:

  Any help would be appreciated.  I have had two working libraries on 2.2.9 since its release and this is the first trouble I have encountered.  I am following (precisely I might add) the Kohadocs.org installation instructions for installing 2.2.7 on Debian Sarge (which has always worked in the past).  It would appear to be a problem with the perl modules but I am at a loss to say what it is.
