[Koha] cannot add biblio item to Koha 2.2.9: error in Biblio.pm line 1440?

Hello,

I am trying to add a biblio item (the very first item on a recently
installed Koha 2.2.9 on Ubuntu with mysql 5.0) but I keep getting an
error where my browser asks me to save file called addbiblio.pl.

The error in Koha error log is this:

Could somebody tell me how to fix this?

I have this installed on Ubuntu Fiesty:
