Have you tried to build a new template for your label sheet yet?
cgi-bin/koha/labels/label-templates.pl
I think you will also have to build a new layout as well for this
template. cgi-bin/koha/labels/label-home.pl

(Assuming Koha 3.0 alpha here.)
