[Koha] Changing login from KOHA/KOHA to something else on XP Home Edition

probabily it is due to MySQL version problem.  I also encountered this issue
when i was using MySQL - V5.0.37. Use V4.1.22 of MySQL with koha 2.2.8 on
windows xp
