Need help configuring Windows Xp to display latin characters like acents, ñ, etc. In Koha admin, in the option "add" bibliography when performing a Z39.50 search the records retrieved that includes accents display incorrectly. Mi instalation is:

Windows XP SP 2
Apache 2.x
Activeperl 5.x
MySQL 5.x with UTF-8 Support
Koha Windows 2.2.9
Yaz included in Koha windows
