[Koha] Importing Data from CDSISIS into Koha

Hi,

I have just mamaged to install Koha 2.x for our small college and would like
to import the existing Data from our CDS_ISIS. I did export the data in XML
format using the CDS_ISIS export tool and now need help with changing it
into MARC21 so that i can load it into Koha...
