[Koha] Parameters set, now testing functions (3.0)

Ok. I made my way through the parameters/system preferences.  Now I'm testing functionality.  

When I'm trying to add a new record, I get to see the MARC fields with entry boxes for indicators {yeah}, but there are no text entry boxes except for the 245 fields (title) and item types.

I've looked at the subfields to see if there is something I'm missing, but I don't see anything different.
