[Koha] Stepping through Global Preferences

Ok. I am stepping through settup up Global Preferences for our migration to 3.0.  There are some listed in the manual that are not on the screen.  I am quite nervous about adding a preference to what appears on the screen.  

In particular, I am looking at the Authorities preferences and really want BiblioAddsAuthorities and dontmerge.
