[Koha] add biblio error on 003

Wow, why did it take that long? Hope you've looked at the excellent tutorial by the one and only Brooke Johnson at http://www.pakban.net/brooke/tut/rev.html

also, i am hoping to release a tutorial soon on one way of searching for a whole lot of MARC records at one go using the MarcEdit z39.50 client.

After a week of trying with Z39.50, there is finally a bib record in the reservoir! However I am getting an error message that I do not know how to resolve.
>From the “Biblios in reservoir” screen
Click Add biblio link
Click Save button and receive the following error:
 
Can't save this record because the following field aren't filled : 
[]* tag 003 subfield 0 control field in tab 0
 
As far as I can remember I did not change the Subfield Structure for tag 003 when editing the MARC Frameworks Structures. How can this situation be resolved?
