[Koha] update koka ver 2.2.8 to ver 3.0.0

Dear 

I installed ver 3.0.0 it's ok.
i tried to update my ver 2.2.8 data database as ver 3.0 but I could't do it
I see follwoing errors. 

DBD::mysql::db do failed: Error on rename of './newisu/#sql-122d_17' to

moving aqbooksellers to InnoDB
