[Koha] Label Creator -- Create a new batch -- BUG #2507

Koha version 3
The label new batch creator allows items to be selected by key word only
(though labeled "title").  Labelled bug 2507 in manual.  Is there a fix
available for this problem so that items can be selected by item number,
range, or date?
