[Koha] marc_word table

Can I update from koha 2.0 directly to koha 3.0 ? I can only find the
instruction of updating koha from 2.2 to 3.0 on 
http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=22_to_30
Can I still follow that instruction to update koha from 2.0 to 3.0 ? Many
