[Koha] System out of virtual memory

What operating system have you installed this on?

On Linux there are tools like top and vmstat to help you monitor
your memory usage. As well, you should ensure you are only running
services essential to Koha. This means getting rid of the GUI and
X Window. Runa barebones server, not a work station.
