[Koha] internal server error

Hi   
i managed to install koha-2.2.9 ( i installed it on Ubuntu 6.06 )but i think it  has a problem .
whenever i run http://192.168.1.173 (my computer ip address)
window dispays:  "welcome to koha"  and quickly disappears and an error message appears : 
 internal server error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
 Please contact the server administrator, kkr at yahoo.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
 More information about this error may be available in the server error log. 

 

Please suggest how i can overcome this problem.
