[Koha] How to Add a new Librarian

Greetings, 

It's been long time to participate in this mailing list. I have now installed and kidding around using Koha on Ubuntu HP ML G5 Server to setup Library Information System for Our University, Hawassa University, Ethiopia. 

My question is How to add a new Librarian(Cataloguer, Circulation workers, counters, etc) and give access privileges to them accordingly?
