[Koha] Hold/ reserve

I've not been able to reproduce that problem in my demo. I tried
the following steps:

1. check book out to patron A
2. place hold on book for patron B
3. return book

At this point I get a very flashy warning about the hold, with an area
where I can confirm the hold, or notify the patron via email, and/or
print a slip for the hold.
