[Koha] Installing koha on a windows server (2003) with perl and cgi

Hi, 
I would like to try the installation of koha on a regular hosting service, 
with the following specs: 
windows server 2003
perl 
cgi 
mysql 4

I have the intention to translate the koha software in hebrew (including 
changine the rtl direction of the text).

If someone is interested in helping me in this project, i can provide a full 
ftp account on the test server.
