[Koha] Dedicated IP Address for KOHA

That won't be a problem at all.  The only thing that you won't be able
to do is to use the IP address.  For example, my business account is at
Hostmonster and the shared IP address is http://74.220.207.139/ but the
web site is http://www.imparisystems.com - you would need to use the
name instead of the number.
