[Koha] Please sort out koha database problem now.

Dear All
with reference to my previous queries Pl. concentrate on this and help me
to resolve the problem that i m unable to tweak the data i have entered in
mysql thro koha admn. log on. when i add category or what so ever it add
it (messge shown) but again it is never visible in list  so i thought to
upgrade or rewrite koha and i found a list of errors as
