[Koha] OPac - customize for each site

I was wondering what would be the best approach to take on a Linux box
running Koha 2.2.9 to customize each libraries OPAC separately.  Even though
we are a consortia, some libraries will allow reserves and some will not,
some will only want to look at their items and some will allow them to look
at all items.  

 

Any suggestions before I dive in.
