[Koha] Non-Default Biblio Framework Loads Slooooooow

Hi All,

Just wondered if it was normal that any Non Default Biblio Framework I 
set up loads very very slowly into the browser. It makes them almost 
impossible to use. The ones I created are very lean with only a few tags 
active and only 2 tabs- yet it can take up to 2 minutes for these to 
load. Is there just something wrong with my setup or is this normal? I'm 
using Version 2.2.9.

Any suggestions on how to allay this issue?
