[Koha] Custom Framework Question when Adding a new MARC record

I am using 2.2.8 on Windows.

I created a MARC Framework. How do I set Tags that are defulted to be hidden to be displayed so when a MARC record is added we can add values to those fields?

Example, we use Marc field 852, but it is not a displayed value. When addind a marc record it goes from 830 to 856.
