[Koha] Koha Virtual Appliance

Does anyone have a koha installation built that could be used as a Virtual Appliance? 
With all of the installation problems I see it sure would be nice if someone could build
a default koha installation with a default domain and users that could be distributed as
a package to run under VMware.
