[Koha] Operating koha without the need for mouse

Perhaps I can lend my silly user's take on things. When I picked up a
few keyboard shortcuts here and there, I didn't really care what they
stood for, since often things wouldn't make sense in one language, let
alone across different languages. For instance, 'C' is used so often
that the reminder word for the shortcut doesn't work in many instances
anyway. Just as when I was playing a new online game and the shortcuts
were different, it was annoying for maybe a few days, but once they
stuck, there they are in me fingers. So, it doesn't matter to this user,
but it sounds like a cool feature.
