[Koha] Adding MARC fields

Yes, you absolutely can do this. The MARC structure is managed in the
Bibliographic Framework section of Koha's Parameters area. From there,
you can add a new tag, then add subfields to the tag as needed. If the
process is a bit daunting, you might want to check the documentation on
