[Koha] please unsubscribe me from the list

To unsubscribe from this list, please either:

- use the "Unsubscribe from this mailing list" command in your email
software (if you have one - if not, please ask your email software
supplier to implement RFC-2369 support)

OR
- visit the list homepage URL in the header and footer of every list
message. (If you couldn't see that because you use HTML email, your
email program is buggy: switch it to "plain text" or "view source" to
get the link to the list homepage.)

If you can't get either of those to work, please contact your local IT
support.
