[Koha] Patch to Members.pm to fix Joing/Expiry Date errors

Hi,

The patch is against 2.2.9, I haven't tested it against anything else.

That said, I've recreated the patch from source and have attached it  
to the email. I think my terminal had played with line characters. In  
future I'll always attach!

It patches cleanly against the release tarball of 2.2.9:

[koha at library koha-2.2.9]# patch -p1 < ../patch.diff
patching file modules/C4/Date.pm
patching file modules/C4/Members.pm
