[Koha] items values not Changed

hallo
I have installed koha ver. 2.2.5 and inputted 3000 records for testing but
I am facing problem that when I modify items particular book like price
and holding branch it will not take new vales not modify the previous
values.If I deleted the item and created new item then it will take
current vales. Any one can help me why it is not modifying itms.
