[Koha] Zebra Plugin for Version 2.2.7 for Windows

I have just installed Version 2.2.7 for Windows on an XP machine along
with Apache, MySQL, Perl and YAZ. Everything appears to be working well.
Is the Zebra plugin also available for the Windows version of this
installation?
