[Koha] Authority records import

In the misc/ dir you'll find a tool called 'bulkauthimport.pl' which 
will give you some ideas for how to build such a import tool for 
your library. Koha does not currently include a fully complete tool,
as easy to use as bulkmarcimport.pl, though I'm sure a future version
will include one.
