[Koha] Koha is using incorrect @INC details

Hi All,
I've got a small problem with a couple of modules (everything except z3950
searching and barcodes is working great.

When they are run I get errors in my logs telling me they can't find the
modules they need (ZOOM and PDF::API2) and looking through the log message I
can see those modules are not included in the @INC list.

I have updated perl to 5.8.8 after installing Koha, to fix some errors, and
have since tried to reinstall ZOOM and PDF::API2. The problem seems to be
Koha holding onto an old version of the @INC list (from perl 5.8.6) meaning
that it doesnt reference the 5.8.8 directory propperly.

I'm sure that a reinstall of perl then Koha would fix these issues but I'd
rather not do that if I can avoid it (I just got it setup the way I like it)
does anyone have an alternate way to refresh Koha's @INC list to the current
version? Or to push additional values into it?

Many Thanks,
Noth
