There's a previous experience in importing data from ISIS to Koha, and
it has been recorded in the Koha Documentation site at [1].

You can also use the Biblio::ISIS module (in CPAN) to write a little
program that extracts records from your ISIS database and allows you to
prepare INSERT queries into the Koha database.

This other document [2] (Poulain, 2005) might help you understand the
basics of data migration in Koha.
