[Koha] addbiblio.pl prompts to save

I still think this is caused by a broken Apache, not a broken Koha.
Can someone contact me off-list to give me a shell and web login to
a server showing this bug, please?  I'd like to find the definitive
answer and it's koha project day here tomorrow.
